It combines tradition with modernity in an exceptional way.
Its interior is unique because, from 6:30 we are serving breakfast to our hotel guests or walk in`s from town. After the breakfast at 12:00 Restaurant opens for Business lunch and A La cart witch includes European cuisine – it`s newest tendencies and dishes that will satisfy even the most knowing and experienced gourmands from modern society.
We are good at flexibility of the variety for Seasonal or dedicated to the feast or national celebration like Christmas or Ember days menus. For the summer A la cart is transformed for more light dishes like salads with watermelon or Mediterranean meals with seafood. Our Executive Chef Alexander Pokatov is improving and experimenting every day to gain extra experience and skills and keep up to newest trends.
But keep it in mind that we are not classic restaurant. We are restaurant within hotel, so we are more flexible than classic restaurant. Our Kitchen can serve breakfast buffet`s for 200 persons, complex and healthy coffee breaks for business meetings, 3 course lunch or even Gala dinner for companies up to 120 guests. And even in between the events we are serving A la cart not only in restaurant but also in WORK & PLAY BAR which offers a unique environment for work and relaxation. You will have the opportunity to work, solve business issues, meet with clients, and make your own hobbies. It will also be a good place for informal appointments with friends or just pleasant evening with our special seasonal cocktails.
