In only one year the restaurant The Traveller, located on the first floor of Mercure Riga Centre hotel, has been able to gather admirers not only among the guests of the capital of Latvia, but among the people of Riga as well. Since the middle of May the team of The Traveller will delight their guests with new and exquisite dishes.
The main peculiarity of The Traveller restaurant – the open Teppan kitchen, where a team of professional chefs cook the food right in front of the eyes of their guests. During the last year The Traveller has implemented various experiments – for example, every month is dedicated to the cuisine of different countries of the world, offering the guests a special menu, created by the chef Inards Straume.
During the April of 2015 we compiled your very favorite dishes and united them in an exclusive “The Traveller” menu. On the pages of our menu you can find different foods from all around the world – from the Italian ravioli to Japanese sushi, from American burgers to French ice cream.
Especially for the guests of The Traveller summer terrace, we have created a special menu honoring the colors of the Latvian flag.
