On April 17, a seminar on stress management in the workplace will be held at the Mercure Hotel in Riga.
A modern person living in the city with its fast rhythm of life may often suffer from excessive stress and the so-called burnout syndrome. For companies and enterprises, this means low productivity of employees, a tense environment, conflicts in the team, frequent mistakes, low motivation, and, ultimately, employee resignation.
The seminar will help to understand that stress is actually good. It turns out that stress can be managed and controlled; we just have to learn how to use it properly to achieve our goals.
During the seminar, the attendees will be introduced to several stress control methods, as well as to the application of stress states to improve productivity and lead to productive work.
